Any of these can go on at booking. Where there is a range, the number depends on how much there is to deal with, and you hear it before work starts.
What moves it
Two things change the price. Neither is a surprise.
Condition
Heavy pet hair, sand, staining or a long neglected interior needs add on work. You hear about it before anything starts, never on the invoice.

Why are these starting prices?
Condition changes the work. Two identical SUVs can be an hour apart on the interior alone, depending on pet hair, sand and stains. The tier price is the floor for that size of car, and anything the condition needs gets agreed with you before Edward starts.
What counts as a truck or van?
Full size trucks, vans and seven seat vehicles are the third tier. Mid size SUVs and hatchbacks are the second. Send the year, make and model if you are not sure and you will get the exact number.
Why is there no price on paint correction or ceramic coating?
Both depend on what the paint is doing. Correction pricing follows the color, how hard the clear coat is and how deep the defects run. Coating pricing follows how much prep comes first. A number quoted sight unseen is either too high or gets revised halfway through, and neither is any use to you.
